Privacy Policy for Kids Sudoku Apps
Effective date: April 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the child-directed Kids Sudoku mobile apps for iPhone and Android published by PuzzleFree or Sudoku-Play.org (“we”, “our”, or “us”). It explains the intended data-handling approach for these apps and the related child-focused support pages.
1. Contact
If you are a parent, guardian, or reviewer and have questions about this policy, contact us at nadin@puzzlefree.game.
2. Child-Directed Design
Kids Sudoku is designed for children and families. The goal of the app is to provide simple logic puzzles without account creation, public profiles, chat features, or user-generated social content.
3. Personal Information
The current Kids Sudoku app experience is intended to work without asking children to provide personal information such as full name, email address, phone number, home address, school name, photos, contacts, or precise location.
The app is also intended to work without requiring children to create an account in order to play the core puzzle modes.
4. Gameplay Data and Device Storage
The app may store lightweight gameplay information on the device itself, such as puzzle progress, local settings, accessibility preferences, or the last opened kids mode. This kind of information is used only so the app can function properly for the player on that device.
If a future version introduces cloud save, sign-in, or synced profiles, this policy will be updated before those features are released.
5. Analytics and Advertising
The Kids Sudoku apps are intended to be distributed without third-party advertising and without Ahrefs Analytics. The related child-focused web pages for Kids Sudoku on Sudoku-Play.org are also intended to be served without Ahrefs Analytics.
If Apple App Store, Google Play, or the device operating system process technical information as part of normal platform operations, that processing is governed by the platform provider’s own policies.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not intend to sell children’s personal information. Because the current Kids Sudoku app flow is designed not to request personal information from children, there should generally be no child profile data to share from the app itself.
7. Parent and Guardian Requests
If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information to us through a support message or another channel connected to Kids Sudoku, contact nadin@puzzlefree.game and we will review the request and remove the information where appropriate.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to keep our services and support channels secure. No system can promise absolute security, but the Kids Sudoku setup is intended to keep data collection minimal in the first place.
9. Apple App Store and Google Play
This page is intended to support app-review and store-listing requirements for the Kids Sudoku apps distributed through Apple App Store and Google Play. The iPhone and iPad app is available on the App Store, and the Android app is available on Google Play. Additional platform disclosures may appear inside those stores according to their own rules.
10. Policy Changes
If the Kids Sudoku apps change in a way that affects privacy, this policy will be updated with a revised effective date before or together with that release.
